Shipping Policy

At Druids’ Hollow, each item is thoughtfully prepared and packaged with care.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Druids’ Hollow is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Local Pickup (Pop-Up Markets)

We are happy to offer free local pickup at select pop-up markets and vendor events.

If you choose local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and held for you at our next scheduled market. You will receive an email with details on pickup date, time, and location once your order is ready.

Please bring your order confirmation (digital or printed) when picking up your items.

If you are unable to attend the selected event, please contact us in advance so we can arrange an alternative pickup or shipping option.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Colors, shapes, and sizes of crystals and handmade items may vary slightly, as each piece is unique.

All sales are final; however, we gladly offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Exchanges must be for an item of equal or greater value

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

For your convenience, exchanges may also be completed in person at one of our pop-up market locations.
